Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse shipping address.
Pack and Ship Your Item
Securely package the device in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the unit for quality assurance; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
